Born in 1923 in Ginkūnai, died in 2019 in New Mexico, USA.

1942-1944 studied ceramics and sculpture at Kaunas Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts.

1942-1943 studied sculpture at the Vilnius Academy of Arts.

In 1944 retreated to Germany.

In 1951 moved to the USA.
