Born 1949 in Ylakiai, Mažeikiai region. Died 2018 in Šiauliai.

In 1976 graduated from the State Art Institute of Lithuania (now Vilnius Art Academy).

Member of the Lithuanian Artists’ Union.

His works are owned by Lithuanian Artists’ Association, Lithuanian Art Museum, National M.K. Čiurlionis Art Museum, The Jane Voorhees Zimmerli Art Museum (Norton & Nancy Dodge Collection) in New Jersey, USA and private collections.
