Graphic artist.

Born in 1956 in Kaunas.

In 1980 graduated from the Vilnius Art Institute, Department of Graphics.

He is known as children book illustrator and poster designer.

In 1989 he recieved the Graphic Biennale of the Baltic states Diploma (Tallin). R. Kepezinskas was awarded with Diploma for children book illustrations in Bolonia (Italy) Book Fair in 1991.

Associate professor at the Vilnius Academy of Arts.

Member of the Lithuanian Artists’ Union.

Works owned by private collectors in Lithuania and abroad.
