Ramunė Antanina Vėliuvienė
Graphic artist.
Born 1949 in the village of Rudnia, Varėna District.
Graduated from the Vilnius Art Institute (now the Vilnius Academy of Arts) in 1972 with a degree in the graphic arts.
Completed an internship at the Frans Masereel Centre in Belgium in 1999.
Recipient of the Tallinn City Diploma (Tallinn Graphic Arts Triennial, Estonia, 1976), the Republican Young Artists' Exhibition Diploma (Kaunas, 1978), the All-Union Print Exhibition Diploma (Moscow, Russia, 1981), the International Biennial of Small Scale Graphic Art Diploma (Vilnius, 1996).
Works owned by the Lithuanian National Museum of Art, the Kaunas M. K. Čiurlionis National Museum of Art, the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts (Moscow, Russia), the State Tretyakov Gallery (Moscow, Russia), the Lithuanian Art Museum (Chicago, USA), the Benedictine University Museum (Chicago, USA), the Hermann Hesse Museum (Calw, Germany), and by private collections in Lithuania and abroad.
