Born in 1957, in Dusetos, Lithuania.

In 1981, graduated from the Lithuanian State Institute of Art (at present Vilnius Academy of Art), Department of Painting.

Since 1988 – a member of the Lithuanian Artists’ Association.

In 2014, was named Honorary citizen of Zarasai Area.

Lives and works in Dusetos.
