Studied at Kaunas School of Fine Arts in 1933–1935.

Graduated from the State Art Institute of Lithuania in 1948.

Member of the Lithuanian Artists’ Union.

Works owned by the Lithuanian Art Museum, M. K. Čiurlionis National Art Museum, various foreign museums, and private collectors in Lithuania and abroad.
